Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping for all domestic orders for orders over KES 8000 (Kenya only). We offer Next day Delivery within Nairobi for items ready on our website. 2-3 days Delivery outside Nairobi.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. We can refund your order in full or offer you store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards are non-returnable.
To begin your return, you will need your order number, email your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will facilitate your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, Via Mpesa or Paypal.
The shipping cost will however not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days of sending back the product, first check to see if you received a refund notification from Elleca. If you have, double check your bank account and make sure it hasn’t appeared yet.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com . Please note that there may be some delays in processing refunds due to the evolving COVID-19 situation.
Sale items marked “Final Sale” may not be returned or refunded.
